Fujitec not only designs, manufactures and sells gas supply facilities and equipments used in various processes of semiconductor manufacturing, it also designs, manufactures and sells Remote Central Gas Motoring System normally integrating alarm systems and shut-down systems. 　 The Remote Central GMS performs very important role in securing the safe system operation of gas supply.
