High Performance Emulsion Fuel Manufacturing Equipment
This is an Emulsion Fuel Manufacturing Equipment. It mixes type A heavy oil/water/special surfactant (Kos-Gen Sun Aqua) to make oil in-water type emulsion fuel. The Emulsion Fuel is intended to be used with existing boilers on land to enhance fuel efficiency and reduce environmental impact by wastes. This is a joint venture product between Fujitec as manufacturer of equipment and Fukunishi Electrical Co. Ltd., as the distributor. The equipment is sold by Fujitec’s group company Varios Ltd., as sub-distributor.
Hydrogen Purifier（PE9000F）
Fujitec (General Agent for Japan for Power&Energy Inc., USA) assemblies and sells small-sized/large- flow/ ultra high pure/ low-cost hydrogen purifier. The purifier embodies strengthened micro-chanell palladium alloy membrane of P&E and safe hydrogen supply technologies of Fujitec.
Cylinder Cabinet（PURESAFE）
Fujitec’s cylinder cabinet (PURESAFE) is safe and reliable gas supply equipment that embodies the state-of-art technology of piping and gas control of FUJITEC.
PURESAFE can store cylinders containing specialty gas, toxic gas or high pressure gas etc., inside the cabinet and supplies such gasses as reqruired safely through the installed valves and flowmeters.
Cylinder Manifold
Cylinder manifold is an equipment for supplying gas safely from 10L or 47L cylinders placed on the platform. Expertise of Fujitec will help working out solution to various requirements with customer.
Valve Manifold Box
Valve Manifold Box is a branch out system to supply gases to multiple point of use, safely and under control from specialty gas source, such as cylinder cabinet, cylinder manifold. Please contact us when you consider introduction of valve manifold box system for space-saving, short-delivery and at low-cost.
Draft Chamber
A Draft Chamber designed putting priority on safety and easy to use by operators such as workabilities like providing special specifications to work window/work table. Moreover, optional speficications of ultrapure water or water scrubber are available.
Liquid Medicine Supplying Unit
Continuous and reliable supply of medicinal solution is secured by the automatic switchover＆automatic purging system built in the Unit. Interlocking systems in the valve operation and checking systems are automated and the Unit minimizes the risk of human errors. The Unit is operated by inputting commands through the touch panel screen. The Unit is also equipped with Alarm System based on various hazard detectors.
Bubbler
This is an equipment for supplying gaseous medicinal solution to required points after blowing bubbles in the medicinal solution (delivered by Liquid Medicine Supply Unit) which is temporarily stored in the tank installed in the Unit. Fujitec also can manufacture tanks to secure enough bubbles.
Hot N2
Hot N2 equipment is designed for the prevention of accumulation of adhesive powder and foreign substances in the pipes etc. Hot N2 heats up nitrogen gas to a preset temperature using halogen lamp which is then sent out throught the pipes to minimize waste accumulation. By putting the Hot N2 in the exhaust piping system connected to the vacuum pump set ine semiconductor or liquid crystal manufacturing equipment, it prevents by-products accrrued in the latter part of chamber accumulating inside of the pipes.
